ServiceNow Technical Lead Fully Remote (UK) Up to £130kMCS Group is delighted to be exclusively partnered with a fast-growing US consulting and engineering firm as they grow their engineering presence across the UK.Our client delivers complex ServiceNow implementations for enterprise customers globally and is now hiring a hands-on Technical Lead to own ITOM delivery end to end.In this role you will get exposure to cutting-edge ServiceNow technologies, AI, automation, DevOps, observability, and cloud integrations - it's not just traditional ITSM work!What you'll be doing:Leading full ITOM implementations including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and AIOpsHands-on development: business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACLsBuilding third party integrations via REST, SOAP and mid serversWorking directly with enterprise customers, owning delivery independentlyGetting exposure to AWS, GCP, Azure, Jenkins and modern CI/CD tooling alongside the platformWhat they're looking for:Deep, genuinely hands-on ServiceNow development experienceProven ITOM implementation ownership, ideally cloud-native Discovery and Service MappingStrong JavaScript scripting skills, this is a keyboard role, not an oversight roleComfortable running multiple customer engagements simultaneouslyBased in the UK with the right to workThe package:Base salary up to £130k dependant on experienceFully remoteUnlimited paid time offPrivate healthcare, family leave, fitness subsidiesThis is a rare chance to join a US firm at the ground floor of its UK expansion with genuine input on how the practice grows.
