Settlement Attorney in Real Estate Settlement Firm/Associate Attorney

*Responsibilities*

* Draft and review a variety of legal documents relevant to real estate practice. * In depth review of title searches, including identification and resolution of title defects. * Conduct real estate settlements. * Advise clients on a variety of real estate issues including the impact on estate and family law issues. * Responsible for developing and nurturing business relationships. * Teach real estate related legal classes to local real estate community. * *Qualifications* * Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to the state bar is preferred but not mandatory at the outset.
