Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to develop, enhance, and maintain SharePoint Foundation-based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SharePoint development, workflow implementation, application support, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Foundation-based applications.
- Configure and customize SharePoint-based COTS applications, including backend development and frontend configuration.
- Analyze business requirements and design effective SharePoint solutions.
- Develop, test, debug, deploy, and maintain web-based applications.
- Implement and support SharePoint Foundation workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues.
- Create technical documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, and code documentation.
- Develop proof-of-concept (POC) solutions when needed.
- Collaborate daily with DOR business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of organizational information.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience developing SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Designer.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of SharePoint/web‑based applications.
- Experience with SharePoint Foundation development and customization.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint workflows and application configurations.
- Experience with .NET technologies (C#, VB.NET) is preferred.
- Microsoft SharePoint Development certification(s) preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high‑quality, error‑free work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with Lanteria HR Software is a plus.
Additional Requirements
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check, including fingerprinting.
- Must complete a Georgia tax compliance check and remain compliant with Georgia tax obligations throughout employment.
- This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring both remote work and onsite attendance.
