Seeking a Japanese-speaking Shop Technician to join a seafood manufacturing and supply company. Responsibilities include assembling and repairing production equipment, performing preventative maintenance, operating hand and power tools, inspecting equipment, maintaining inventory, and assisting with shipping and receiving. This role also requires communicating with Japanese-speaking customers, vendors, and team members to support daily operations and production.

Candidates should have previous manufacturing, mechanical, or shop experience, strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and be fluent in both Japanese and English. Experience in food manufacturing, seafood processing, or industrial equipment maintenance is a plus.
