Skip’s Truck and Trailer, a leading/innovator installer of Conestoga (rolling) trap systems and repairs
is seeking a Shop Technician to join our growing team and drive our reputation to new heights.
As the Shop Technician you will learn how to install and repair our client’s equipment. This role
requires an individual who desires to learn our business and become our next great technician.
Our shop is in a new modern 24,000 sq ft multi bay facility. We offer 10 paid holidays and paid time off.

Main Responsibilities:

*Clean and maintain shop and our equipment. Work with other technicians installing and repairing tarp systems.
* Assist in unloading incoming systems.
* Learn our shop ERP system (Fullbay) and make sure notes are accurate and up to date.
* Learn how to inspect damaged tarp systems and how repairs are completed.

What you bring
* Knowledge and skills of how tools and mechanic's work.
* Work ethic with a can do and willingness to learn.
*Ability to work full time 40 hrs. a week- M-F 7am to 4pm (rare occasions there is OT) Must be able to lift 50lbs or more
* Ability to work in a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment with increased level of change.
