Key Responsibilites:Under the supervision of the School Site Director, the Site Coordinator is responsible for the planning, implementation, evaluation, and delivery of programming at the Club and leading Youth Development Professionals. Experience should cover a wide variety of youth development programs and supervisory experience. The School Site Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of staff supervision, program planning/implementation, and communication with the school and parents.
Requirements:At least two years working with children and parentsPrevious experience supervising employees requiredMust be 18 years or olderPrevious experience in behavior modification with childrenBachelor's Degree preferredAble to lift up to 20 pounds, standing, bending, sitting, and walking for long periods. Able to to motivate, encourage, and lead a team of Youth Development ProfessionalsAll candidates that are selected will undergo a background check, pre-employment drug screening, and TB Test.
