Site Merchandising Manager, Canada

Senior Site Merchandiser

Location: Toronto - 4 days per week in office requirement (Monday-Thursday).

Responsibilities

• Own and manage day-to-day homepage updates, ensuring content is timely, accurate, and brand‑aligned.
• Curate and maintain Collection Landing Pages (CLPs) to support seasonal campaigns, regional product launches, and marketing strategies.
• Leverage CMS tools (primarily Contentful) to publish, edit, and optimize on‑site content.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (creative, marketing, merchandising, and analytics) to align site content with campaign objectives and product priorities.
• Monitor and analyze site metrics (traffic, CTR, bounce rate, conversion, etc.) to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvements.
• Support new product launches, brand campaigns, and promotional moments through thoughtful site merchandising.
• Troubleshoot content issues and conduct regular QA to ensure an optimal site experience that is on‑brand.
• Stay informed on digital merchandising trends, UX/UI best practices, and industry benchmarks.

Qualifications

• 5‑8 years of experience in site merchandising, eCommerce, or digital content management.
• Hands‑on experience using a CMS – Contentful experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with site performance tools such as Google Analytics, ContentSquare, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret data and use insights to guide merchandising decisions.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, agile environment.

Pay Range: $110,000 CAD - $130,000 CAD.

Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.
