Key Responsibilities: • Lead on-site construction activities from start to finish • Coordinate closely with the Project Manager on scheduling • Manage subcontractors and suppliers for efficient work • Monitor schedules and proactively address any risks • Maintain accurate documentation using Procore

Requirements: • Minimum 3 years as a Site Superintendent with a General Contractor • Strong knowledge of construction processes and systems • Ability to interpret construction drawings confidently • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills • Relevant safety certifications are an asset
