Your New CompanyYou will be joining a well-established and growing infrastructure contractor as Site Supervisor delivering essential water and wastewater projects across the Northern Ireland Water Framework. With a strong reputation in the utilities sector, the organisation plays a key role in delivering critical infrastructure through long-term frameworks.The business offers a secure pipeline of work across both capital delivery and maintenance schemes, along with a collaborative, safety-first culture where high standards and performance are recognised.Predominantly this work will be carried out in the west of the province, although sites will be located around the country, and you must be prepared to travel throughout N.I. Your New RoleAs Site Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations across a programme of works in Northern Ireland.Working closely with the Project Manager, you will oversee site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
You will play a key role in driving performance and ensuring compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.Duties will include:Managing site operations across multiple projectsSupervising direct labour and subcontractorsEnsuring full compliance with HSEQ standards and CDM regulationsReviewing and implementing RAMS and conducting site inspectionsMonitoring progress and reporting on programme, cost, and performanceMaintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholdersSupporting project delivery across capital and maintenance schemesKeeping accurate site records and attending project meetingsWhat You'll Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role, you will have:Experience in a Site Supervisor role within water, utilities, civils or constructionSMSTS, SSSTS, or Supervisor qualificationFirst Aid at Work certification ideallyStrong knowledge of health & safety practices and CDM regulationsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specificationsExcellent communication and organisational skillsDesirable Criteria:Experience within water or wastewater / MEICA projectsHNC (or equivalent) in Engineering or ConstructionRelevant site certifications (CSCS, SHEA, Confined Space, etc.)What You'll Get in ReturnIn return for working with this national contractor, you will receive:Long-term, secure work on Northern Ireland framework projectsA strong mix of capital works and ongoing maintenance schemesOpportunity to work on essential infrastructure projectsCareer progression within a growing and supportive organisationCompetitive salary and benefits packageOngoing professional development within the utilities sectorWhat you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call Chris McNamara now.
