Job Description
We're building a new-age social media team focused on creating internet-native brands that people genuinely care about.This role is for someone who understands culture, content, trends, internet behaviour, and community: someone who's excited to work closely with strategy, creators, founders, and fast-moving brands.You'll be involved in the day-to-day execution and growth of social media across multiple brands while also helping us discover creators, trends, and emerging opportunities before everyone else does.
What You'll DoSocial Media ExecutionSchedule and publish content across platforms.Assist in editing short-form content and reels.Write captions and support content packaging.Track post performance and engagement metrics.Test different formats, hooks, trends, and posting styles.Monitor comments, DMs, conversations, and community sentiment.Influencer & Creator ScoutingResearch creators across Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, X, and other platforms.Identify emerging creators before they become mainstream.Build and maintain creator databases with engagement stats, rates, and collaboration history.Help with influencer outreach, negotiation, and coordination.Spot viral trends, formats, and cultural moments relevant to brands.Content & Strategy SupportAssist strategists in trend research and idea generation.Help organise references, moodboards, and internet insights.Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns and shoots.
Who This Role Is ForSomeone extremely online and culturally aware.Someone who naturally notices trends before others.Someone who enjoys storytelling, internet culture, fashion/beauty/lifestyle content, or creator ecosystems.Someone organised enough to execute consistently.Someone curious and willing to learn quickly.Bonus Points If YouHave managed an Instagram page before.Understand meme and internet culture deeply.Have experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools.Understand influencer ecosystems and creator-brand collaborations.Have a strong aesthetic sense for content.

Experience required: 0-3 Years ExperienceCompensation: 35,000 - 50,000/month (depending on experience)
