Social Media Manager

  We’re a family-owned restaurant focused on great food and a strong local reputation. We’re looking for someone who can help us grow our customer base by making our social media actually drive people in the door. 

  We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to create, post, and manage content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The goal is simple: bring in more customers and build local awareness.

Responsibilities

• Create and post content (photos, videos, reels, stories) 3–5x per week
• Capture content on-site (food, staff, behind-the-scenes, specials)
• Write captions that reflect our brand voice and drive engagement
• Promote specials, events, and seasonal items
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional way
• Monitor trends and suggest ideas that could work for our restaurant
• Track performance (views, engagement, follower growth, etc.)
• Collaborate with ownership on promotions and campaigns
