Airlearn is Hiring Social Media Content Creators in India

Airlearn is one of the fastest-growing language-learning apps, with 5M+ users across 150+ countries. We’re expanding our creator network and looking for short-form video creators in India to join our structured Ambassador Program.

We already work with 500+ creators globally, and this is a long-term opportunity for creators who can consistently produce and post content.

What You’ll Do

• Create short-form UGC videos for Airlearn

• Cross-post each video on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook

• Follow a structured content system with scripts, hooks, audio, and posting guidance provided by our team

You can choose from two monthly deliverable options:

• 100 videos/month — 300 total posts across 3 platforms

• 200 videos/month — 600 total posts across 3 platforms

Compensation

Fixed monthly payout:

• ₹10,000 for 100 videos/month

• ₹20,000 for 200 videos/month

Payment is made upon successful completion of all monthly deliverables, as per the contract.

🚀 Viral Performance Bonuses

You can also earn bonuses for videos that perform well organically within 7 days of posting:

• ₹1,000 for 250K views

• ₹2,500 for 500K views

• ₹5,000 for 1M views

• ₹10,000 for 2.5M views

• Prior UGC or brand collaboration experience is a plus, but not required
