Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Software Developer with expertise in .NET to join our team. In this role, you will partner directly with Hydronics stakeholders to design, build, and maintain software solutions that support the business roadmap and solve real‑world challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using .NET technologies, with a focus on Angular for web‑based interfaces.
- Work directly with the Hydronic team to understand business needs and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects, working closely with the quality assurance team to maintain a high level of product quality.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and ensure software solutions align with business objectives.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high‑quality, maintainable code and to learn from senior team members.
- Translate business requirements into efficient, scalable, and reliable software solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of software development processes and tooling within the team.
Qualifications And Skills
- 2–5 years of experience working with .NET technologies, including C#.
- Experience with RESTful APIs for web integration.
- Working knowledge of Angular (or a similar front‑end framework) and building scalable, responsive web applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with SQL Server and MongoDB (or similar databases).
- Knowledge of software version control tools like Git.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for working with cross‑functional teams.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with WPF and .NET desktop applications.
- Experience with cloud technologies (Azure or AWS).
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience with Revit or other BIM tools.
- Familiarity with Excel integrations.
