What you'll do

• Develop and enhance the platform by improving stability, scalability, and user experience using modern engineering practices.
• Design, build, and maintain cloud‑based applications, APIs, and integrations on Azure or AWS.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and TechOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle—from design through deployment and customer delivery.
• Apply Agile practices, Test‑Driven Development (TDD), unit testing, and CI/CD to deliver reliable, high‑quality software.
• Contribute to technical design, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve defects, reduce technical debt, and support production releases.
• Write clean, maintainable code that aligns with engineering standards and best practices.
• Help create a collaborative engineering culture focused on learning, innovation, and customer outcomes.

We’re Looking For Someone With

• Experience developing software in an Agile environment with a strong understanding of the SDLC.
• Commercial experience with .NET and JavaScript.
• Experience building cloud solutions on Azure or AWS.
• Experience developing web services and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Test‑Driven Development (TDD), unit testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for learning new technologies and continuously improving how software is built.

Experience with technologies such as Git, SQL, Node.js, React, Angular, or other modern development tools will be highly regarded.
