Job Title: Software Engineer 3 / Sr. RPA Developer

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – 3 days remote & 2 days onsite – Thurs & Fri)

Duration: 3+ months contract

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Investigate problem areas.
• Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation and document intelligence solutions that transform large, complex data sources.
• Perform advanced developer duties including solution design, automation development, documentation and analysis, search enablement, infrastructure support, collaboration across teams, and continuous improvement.
• Develop, test, and support solutions that automate business processes and convert large multi‑hundred‑page PDFs and data packages into structured, navigable, and actionable intake artifacts.
• Work in a fast‑paced Agile (Kanban/Scrum) environment.

Qualifications

• 8 years – Required – Hands‑on experience with RPA development, with at least 4 years specifically using Blue Prism, including attended and unattended bots interacting with web sites.
• 8 years – Required – Experience with RPA integration with APIs and databases, including RESTful web services and SQL DBs.
• 8 years – Required – Experience developing reports and/or documents based on structured/unstructured data.
• 8 years – Required – Experience building analytics based on structured/unstructured data.
• 4 years – Preferred – Experience with Azure infrastructure, including troubleshooting.
• 4 years – Preferred – Experience with Power Automate development, including Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud flows.
• 4 years – Preferred – Proficiency in the Java programming language.
• 4 years – Preferred – Power BI, SQL.
• 4 years – Preferred – Azure AI/Cognitive Search.
• 1 year – Preferred – Blue Prism certification.
• 1 year – Preferred – Microsoft Power Platform Developer certification.

Preferred Certifications

• Blue Prism Certification – 1 year preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification – 1 year preferred.
