The Boeing Companyis currently seeking multipleSoftware Engineers (Associate/Experienced/Senior)to join theMission Systems Softwareteam located inDaytona Beach, FL.We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer to design and implement new capabilities in the Operational Flight Program (OFP) for both the United States Air Force (USAF) and international customers. The candidate will join one of the multi-discipline Agile scrum teams that develop, integrate, and maintain a wide range of aircraft functionalities. Software capabilities will be developed for the Advanced Display Core Processor II (ADCP II), the brains of the Eagle.

The successful candidate will implement and test new cutting-edge capabilities and integrate them with a variety of other aircraft subsystems.

Position Responsibilities:

Develops, documents and maintains architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systemsDevelops and maintains code and integrates software components into a fully functional software systemDevelops software verification plans, test procedures and test environments, executing the test procedures and documenting test results to ensure software system requirements are metExecutes and documents software research and development projectsServes as a subject matter expert for software domains, system-specific issues, processes and regulationsTroubleshoots software issuesWorks under general directionThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Daytona Beach, FL.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

Bachelor DegreeActive Secret Clearance2+ years of experience in C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or Ada2+ years of experience developing, documenting, and maintaining architectures, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for software systemsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Level 3 : 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceLevel 4 : 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceAgile/SAFe development experienceExperience with DevOps tools, such as GitLab (CI/CD), Git Bash, Gradle, Jira, Jenkins, and ArtifactoryAbility to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with stakeholders of different backgrounds and skill levelsExperience developing embedded real-time softwareExperience working with Real-time Operating Systems (RTOS)Travel:less than 10%.

Summary pay range for Associate:$77,000.00 - $137,000.00

Summary pay range for Experienced:$98,000.00 - $173,000.00
