Software Engineer at Nomic, Montreal

Nomic is at the forefront of making proteomics accessible, and we're looking for mid to senior-level Software Engineers to enhance our software stack.

You will work on building internal tools, data pipelines, and a customer-facing web portal while collaborating across various engineering and operations teams. You'll contribute to project efficiency and help improve laboratory operations through innovative software design. Key Responsibilities: • Build core sub-components of the nELISA software stack • Design agentic backends and AI-augmented tooling • Enhance internal tools for lab operations • Develop modular software for analysis pipelines • Scale data pipelines for quantitative analysis of flow cytometry Requirements: • Full-stack software engineering experience • Knowledge of AI coding tools like Claude Code • Strong Python skills in modular software • Experience with lab equipment integration • Excellent communication skills in English Elevate proteomics at Nomic through impactful software development and innovation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
