Software Engineer - Development

Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineering - Developer to design, develop, and implement cutting‑edge software solutions. The role is fast‑paced and delivers immediate value to our customers while ensuring high quality through thorough documentation, unit testing, and integration readiness.

Responsibilities

• Implement identified components using design documentation and functional programming specifications.• Ensure components are appropriately documented, unit‑tested, and ready for integration into the final product.• Architect solutions, test code, and build and deploy CI/CD pipelines.• Provide work estimates for assigned development work and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies built for interested parties.• Own the full lifecycle of your work, driving innovation and taking responsibility for quality and delivery.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

• 1+ years of experience working as a software engineer on complex software projects.
• Excellent coding skills and solid development experience (Java, Python, .NET, etc.) with debugging and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with software development methodologies and a demonstrated track record of building scalable and robust software.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, data mapping, XML/JSON, and REST‑based web services.
• Knowledge of architectural design – Microservices architecture, containers (Docker & k8s), messaging queues.
• Deep understanding of OOP and design patterns.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Certification in one or more of the hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, and Google GCP) – or willingness to obtain certifications with Kyndryl.
• Experience with DevOps tools and modern engineering practices.
