Software Engineer - Development

The Role As a Software Engineering – Developer, you will design, develop and implement cutting‑edge software solutions that deliver value quickly to our customers. You will write code that is well documented, unit‑tested and ready for integration, and you will architect solutions, test code, and build CI/CD pipelines. You will provide work estimates, guide feature development, and collaborate with the team to drive innovation and ownership. Who You Are • 1+ years of experience as a software engineer on complex projects • Excellent coding skills in Java, Python, .NET, etc., with strong debugging and problem‑solving abilities • Experience with software development methodologies and building scalable, robust applications • Skilled with relational and NoSQL databases, XML/JSON, and REST–based web services • Understanding of microservices architecture, containers (Docker & Kubernetes), and messaging queues • Deep knowledge of OOP and design patterns Preferred Technical and Professional Experience University degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience Certifications in one or more hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP); certifications may be obtained through Kyndryl Experience with DevOps tools and modern engineering practices Being You Diversity goes beyond appearances; it’s about the variety of experiences and thought.
