Experteer Overview

As a C++ Developer in Candy Crush Soda Saga’s Monetisation domain, you design and evolve features that drive player engagement and revenue. You will deliver high-quality, performant monetisation systems and collaborate with product, design, data science, and engineering peers to ship experiments that inform decisions. Your work spans game client and monetisation tooling, leveraging live data and A/B tests to refine experiences.

This role offers the chance to impact a globally loved title at scale and shape monetisation experiences for millions of players.

• Design, build, test, and optimise monetisation features and systems in the live game (purchase flows, offers, live-ops content)
• Deliver high-quality C++ code with emphasis on reliability and performance
• Tackle complex engineering problems with practical, ship-ready solutions
• Collaborate with Product, Design, UX/UI, Data Scientists and engineers to craft monetisation experiences that add value
• Leverage live data and A/B testing to validate work and guide decisions

Responsabilidades

• Strong C++ skills and hands-on software development experience
• Experience delivering features in production environments
• Experience in game/mobile development or performance-critical apps; monetisation or live-ops exposure is a plus
• Ability to solve technical issues creatively using solid software engineering principles
• Familiarity with experimentation-driven development and live data-informed decision making
• Comfort with AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot) or willingness to adopt them
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
