Job Description
Responsibilities:Arrange the monthly work activities within the Software Engineering unit or team in accordance with the monthly targets set by the supervisor.Monitor and evaluate the achievement of the monthly work plan realization, as well as handle any daily issues (troubleshooting) that may arise within the Software Engineering unit or team.Ensure accuracy in reporting and regularly communicating work progress within the Software Engineering unit or team to the supervisor.Provide suggestions and input related to improvements within the work unit.Develop the potential of subordinates by providing coaching and guidance based on regular performance evaluations to enhance their performance and productivity.Establish and implement team working foundations using SCRUM, Kanban, or other Agile methodologies.Distribute tasks according to each team member’s characteristics.Ensure that the user requirements provided by the Product Owner are well understood by the team and can be executed properly within the agreed timeline.Ensure that the completed work aligns with the user requirements.Minimize bugs systematically. Requirements:Education:Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).Experience:2 - 4 years in related field of workTraining:Agile/Scrum Master training.Training in specific programming languages or frameworks.Application security training (e.g., CEH, CSSLP).Technical Skills:Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Programming (Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript, etc., depending on the company’s tech stack).Development frameworks (Spring, Laravel, React, Angular, etc.).Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP).Version control (Git).DevOps & CI/CD tools.Application security (OWASP).Proficient in AWS services with hands-on experience in building and optimizing cloud-based solutions.Non-Technical Skills:Leadership and people management.Project management (Agile/Scrum/Kanban).Problem-solving and decision-making.Effective cross-team communication.Time and priority management.
