Solutions Engineer

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSeeking a Solutions Engineer for a full-time/perm position based in Colorado Springs with the ability to travel to customer sites for installations, demos, and sales calls. The ideal candidate will have experience in compute and radio hardware, networking, Linux OS, databases, scalability, virtualization, and testing tools.

Along with a diverse technical acumen, the candidate should have an equally strong ability to interact with customers and solve their problems. This role will consist of gaining a broad knowledge base of the Company's systems to support the sales team during initial evaluations and installations at customer sites.

ResponsibilitiesLearn about all aspects of the Company's systems from assembly to applications Work with the Hardware, Software and Operations engineersTravel to customer sites approximately 50% of the time for 1 to 2 weeksRecommend system configurations to the Sales organizationInstall systems at customer locationsTroubleshoot system issues at customer sitesHelp customers port applications to the Company's systemsWork with internal development staff and external partners when necessaryDocumenting processes and procedures
