【Position Summary】IT Consulting company is seeking a client-facing Solutions Engineer with a hands-on development background to support solution design, pre-sales activities, and project delivery. This role is focused on solution design and client engagement, supported by real-world implementation experience. This position is exclusively for current or former developers.

Candidates without hands-on development experience will not be considered.

【Key Responsibilities】1. Client Engagement Understand client business requirements and challengesPropose practical solutionsPrepare proposals, demos, and effort estimations2. Solution Design Lead requirement gathering and business analysisDesign scalable and implementable system architecturesTranslate business needs into technical solutions3.

Delivery Support Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful deliveryReview technical designs and validate feasibilitySupport UAT and go-live processes4. Technical Involvement Validate solutions based on hands-on development experienceSupport prototyping, troubleshooting, and technical decision-making

【Technical Scope】 Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Power Platform, Azure)SQL / Database (MSSQL preferred)

【Required Qualifications】 Mandatory: 1–3+ years of hands-on scratch development experienceExperience across system development lifecycle (design development testing deployment)Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

【Preferred Qualifications】

Experience in client-facing rolesExperience preparing proposals and estimatesPython or .NET development experience
