You thrive in technical pre-sales conversations, guiding architecture reviews and crafting tailored solutions that showcase our platform's value.
You're excited to support customers through onboarding and integrations, and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves to tackle RFPs, security reviews, or the support tickets to keep things moving. You're deeply customer-focused, eager to wear multiple hats, and always ready to step in where needed. Along the way, you'll become a trusted advocate for our users - translating their real-world needs into product insights and building scalable processes that level up the entire customer experience.About You:5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Implementation in a SaaS environment1+ years of selling into Enterprise level accountsStrong technical acumen—comfortable with APIs, SSO, basic scripting (e.g., Python, JS), and debugging toolsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience working directly with enterprise customers and product/engineering teamsThrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and love building from scratchBias for action, low ego, and a passion for helping others grow through communicationExtra credit experience:LMS IntegrationsSQL experiencePrompt engineeringWhat's in it for you?Huge impact opportunity: Build and scale a company from the ground upCompetitive compensation: Equity opportunities at a venture-backed startup OTE compensation: $160k - $185K (base + variable)Work on a daily basis with the founding team and mentorsJoin a fun, inclusive and highly motivated team culture (and help define it!)
