Job Description Our client in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a grounded, highly capable Specialty Materials Manufacturing Manager. This hands-on leadership role oversees the complete production lifecycle of architectural cast stone—from raw material intake to final delivery. The ideal candidate can confidently perform material takeoffs directly from construction blueprints while on-site and lead a committed team with a focus on quality, safety, efficiency, and consistency. If you excel in a fast-moving environment, communicate clearly, handle feedback with maturity, and appreciate a drama-free workplace, this could be an excellent fit. Requirements:

• Experience in manufacturing or construction environments
• Ability to do blueprint takeoffs at a job site
• Background in concrete, stone, fabrication, machining, or related processes
• Warehouse and inventory management experience
• Ability to trouble shoot, prioritize and improve processes proactively
• Thick skin, preference for drama-free workspace
• Hands-on approach – comfortable working alongside the team

Hours:

Monday – Friday, Flexible 40-hour work week (between 6:30 am – 4:30 pm) Benefits:
