Both full-time (38 hours/week) and part-time contract positions are offered, with most assignments featuring a single-site caseload—allowing you to focus on consistent, meaningful interactions with students.Placements are available in early childhood, elementary, and secondary school settings. Professionals who are passionate about working with students from varied backgrounds, including those who are bilingual, are highly encouraged to apply.Qualifications and Experience:Active Florida license in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Previous school-based experience preferred Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Capability to manage caseloads of diverse size and scope Flexibility and enthusiasm for working with a range of student abilities, including low incidence populations Key Responsibilities:Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff Take part in IEP meetings and maintain detailed documentation Deliver engaging, onsite therapy sessions Support students with transitional and ongoing communication needs Enjoy a contract role that offers flexible scheduling for optimal work-life balance while building your expertise in varied educational settings.
