At Little Talks Speech Therapy, we believe communication is key and families are at the center of everything we do. We're looking for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our growing, family-centered practice.

As a mobile clinician, you'll provide therapy in children's natural environments—including homes, daycares, and schools—helping them develop meaningful communication skills where they learn, play, and thrive.

This contract position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to create your own schedule and caseload. It's an excellent fit for clinicians who value independence, collaboration, and making a lasting impact on children and their families.

SLPA Pay Range: $40-50/hr

SLP Pay Range: $55-75/hr

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations (SLPs only)
• Develop and implement individualized, functional treatment plans (SLPs)
• Provide engaging, play-based speech and language therapy for pediatric clients
• SLPAs will implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
• Travel to client locations including homes, daycares, and schools
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals
• Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support communication throughout daily routines
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with professional standards
• Represent Little Talks Speech Therapy with professionalism, compassion, and excellent communication

Qualifications

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply
• Current professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree meeting Florida SLPA requirements
• Current professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Ability to work collaboratively under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
