About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Accountant who wants more than a transaction-processing job. You will help shape the finance function of a growing business — building processes, improving accuracy, and working closely with operations. Experience with Epicor Eclipse is a strong plus.

What You'll Do

Own day-to-day accounting: accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

Use Epicor Eclipse to process transactions, run reports, and maintain data integrity

Process invoices timely and accurately

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax obligations

Reconcile inventory and cost of goods sold with the operations team

Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements

Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as needed

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

2+ years of accounting experience in distribution, wholesale, or a similar industry

Epicor Eclipse experience strongly preferred — GL, AP/AR, and reporting modules

Strong working knowledge of GAAP

Comfortable in a small-team environment where flexibility and initiative matter

Self-directed and reliable; able to manage deadlines independently on remote days

Nice to Have

Ability to work on site 4-5 days a week

Experience with inventory costing methods (FIFO, LIFO, weighted average) in Epicor Eclipse
