Job Description
What you’ll do…
Maintain client documentation, including Master Service Agreements (MSA) with any amendments, Statements of Work (SOW) with any addendums, and security and compliance documentation.
Manage rate cards and ensure documentation is up to date.
Maintain partner documentation, including MSAs with any amendments and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
Manage documentation packs for allocated partner consultants, including SOWs, NDAs, etc.
Maintain and manage contractor documentation, including contract documents. Weekly PMO Activities
Generate and share weekly project timesheet reports with relevant stakeholders.
Update and share weekly budget tracking reports.
Handle fortnightly invoicing for RX and share information with required stakeholders.
Manage project milestone invoicing as needed.
Ensure timesheet compliance by tracking weekly submissions for completeness and flagging non-compliance to relevant stakeholders for UK FTE, India FTE, partners, and contractors. Monthly PMO Activities
Generate and share monthly project timesheet reports with relevant stakeholders.
Update and share weekly budget tracking reports.
Handle monthly invoicing for clients and share information with required stakeholders.
Ensure timesheet compliance by sharing consolidated monthly reports tracking submissions and flagging non-compliance for UK FTE, India FTE, partners, and contractors.
Present a consolidated monthly forecast vs. actual revenue summary to management across client accounts on the first Friday of the month.
Present monthly client account level P/L on the first Friday of the month.
Reconcile partner invoices against timesheets and notify any discrepancies to the Partner Manager and Finance Director.
Send monthly payment summaries for approval before the pay run.
Manage contracts by flagging end dates for any partner or individual contracts expiring in the coming month. Statement of Work (SOW) Management
Client SOW Process: Generate SOW numbers.
Send SOWs through ShareFile/Email and track approvals.
Follow up on Purchase Orders and flag SOW expiries a month in advance.
Handle invoicing on agreed milestones (mostly monthly) and track overdue invoices for follow-up until closure.

Diligence with numbers and a strong understanding of financial reporting.
Expertise in analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
Accuracy in tracking actuals versus planned budgets.
Ability to provide clear financial reports and budget outlines to management.
