Role Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on enterprise risk management. Your responsibilities include identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact an organization’s operations and objectives, developing business strategies to navigate risks in a rapidly changing environment, and supporting clients in regulatory compliance and risk management. You will build meaningful client connections, manage complex situations, and deepen your technical skills while navigating ambiguity and leveraging those moments for growth.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing strategies to manage enterprise risks and enhance internal controls.
• Analyzing complex regulatory landscapes to provide clients with actionable insights and solutions.
• Utilizing analytical thinking to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs.
• Collaborating with teams to navigate complex situations and deliver quality outcomes.
• Applying business process improvement techniques to optimize risk management frameworks.
• Conducting data analysis and interpretation to inform risk management strategies.
• Upholding professional and technical standards in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Facilitating business continuity planning and crisis management initiatives.
• Engaging in business risk identification and documentation to support organizational objectives.

What You Must Have

• Advanced Power BI development and dashboarding.
• Data transformation and data modeling expertise.
• Experience with Power Automate and workflow automation.
• At least a high school diploma or equivalent degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English (required).
