Job Summary:
We are seeking a B2B Digital Marketing Executive who will work closely with the marketing team to support digital initiatives worldwide. This role is hands-on, focusing on WordPress updates, campaign execution, content publishing, website management using WordPress, content SEO and publishing, and performance tracking.
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Education:
· Engineering Graduate degree with excellent English proficiency (written and spoken) is preferred.
· Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing and Design (preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
Specific Requirements:
· The candidate must have B2B experience.
· Update and maintain the Company’s WordPress website (content uploads, page edits, plugin management).
· Support execution of digital marketing campaigns from beginning to end (social media, emailers, paid campaigns).
· Assist with blog formatting, landing page creation, and lead-generation forms.
· Create simple marketing creatives in Canva (social media posts, banners, infographics, email headers).
· Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare simple reports for the team.
· Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
· Research and share best practices in digital marketing and SEO to support team growth.
· Create visually compelling design and PowerPoint personations capturing the value proposition, product stories.
· Liaison with Sales and Pre-Sales teams for go-to-market campaigns, collateral creation.
Required Skills & Competencies:
· 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, account based marketing or campaign support roles.
· Experience in Telecom sector or technology sectors is preferable.
· Proficiency in WordPress and basic knowledge of SEO.
· Proficiency in Canva for creating simple digital creatives.
· Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong team player with good communication skills.
Preferred Skills / Tools Knowledge:
· Familiarity with AI-powered video creation/editing tools (e.g., InVideo AI, Flow, CapCut, Visla, or similar).
· Familiarity with tools such as Sales force, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Emailer marketing platforms, etc.
