The Senior Crew Leader plays a key role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within project budgets while maintaining the quality standards our clients expect.If you are a dependable leader who enjoys building landscapes, operating equipment, and running productive job sites, we would like to meet you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise landscape installation crews on design-build and enhancement projectsExecute landscape plans including planting, grading, sod installation, and landscape improvementsEnsure projects stay on schedule and within labor budgetsOperate and train crew members on equipment including skid steers and sod cuttersMaintain organized, safe, and professional job sitesEnforce company SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standardsCommunicate daily job progress with managementWhat We're Looking For5+ years of landscape installation experience2+ years leading landscape crews or acting as a foremanExperience operating skid steers, sod cutters, and landscape equipmentAbility to read landscape plans and execute installations correctlyStrong leadership, accountability, and time management skillsReliable attendance and strong work ethicValid driver’s license
