Hiring: Senior Manager - Legal & ComplianceOur client is looking for a seasoned legal professional to lead Legal, Compliance, and Business Ethics within a global and international business environment. Key Responsibilities• Provide strategic legal and compliance advisory support• Drive implementation of legal strategy and business ethics framework• Ensure compliance with applicable laws including DPDPA and Labour Codes• Lead contract drafting, review, and negotiations• Design and deliver compliance training programs• Identify and manage legal & compliance risks across the business• Partner with stakeholders to strengthen governance and ethical culture Requirements• LL.B. (Law Graduate)• 8+ years of experience in legal & compliance roles• Strong understanding of regulatory and corporate compliance frameworks• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills• Strong ownership mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
