Sr. Manager, Product Marketing, Prime Video Ads
Amazon
Job Description
Job ID: 10474983 | Amazon.com Services LLC
We are seeking a Sr. Manager of Product Marketing to define and lead the sales enablement strategy for Prime Video Advertising (PVA) across two pillars: Brand Partnerships and Product Innovation & Technology. This is a team-building role—you will architect the function, oversee and develop a high-performing team of marketers, and set the strategic roadmap for how PVA shows up to advertisers and agencies worldwide.
You will drive the portfolio-level vision: what we say, where we invest, and how we organize to win. You will translate Prime Video’s premium content, audience, and cultural relevance into a cohesive global sales enablement strategy—and position PVA’s ad tech innovations across markets. You will drive clarity where the strategy is not yet defined and ensure your team’s output drives measurable advertiser engagement and revenue growth.
This role reports into the Global B2B Marketing organization for Prime Video and partners closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership.
Overview
Lead a cross-functional marketing team to shape the narrative, collateral, and activations that bring PVA to market. Define the multi-year sales enablement strategy and roadmap, determine portfolio priorities, and design scalable content creation, distribution, and measurement mechanisms to improve efficiency and impact across regions.
Responsibilities
- Define the multi-year sales enablement strategy and roadmap across Brand Partnerships and Product Innovation, setting the vision the team executes against.
- Determine portfolio priorities: which partnerships, products, and regions warrant investment and in what sequence.
- Ensure the team creates education materials and sales tools that make complex offerings actionable.
- Set the strategic framework for how PVA’s brand partnership narratives and ad tech product positioning are developed, scaled, and evolved globally.
- Operate as a strategic partner to senior leadership (VP-level), driving cross-org alignment on positioning, messaging, and investment priorities.
- Design scalable mechanisms for content creation, distribution, and measurement; eliminate inefficiencies and drive structural improvements across the organization.
- Synthesize inputs across market research, competitive intelligence, sales feedback, product roadmaps, and business performance to identify whitespace and shape strategic direction.
- Deliver bespoke partnership narratives that connect Prime Video’s premium content to advertiser objectives at scale.
- Partner with Sales and BizDev leadership to identify systemic gaps in the sales cycle and commission enablement solutions.
- Build, scale, and lead a high-performing team of marketers.
- Coach, develop, and retain top talent; set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and drive career growth for direct reports.
Basic Qualifications

- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition throughout the product lifecycle from concept to end of lifecycle
- Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
- Experience scaling globally
Preferred Qualifications
