Job Description
Join the Consumer Marketing organization of a leading global biopharmaceutical company supporting a high-priority franchise within the organization.
This role will play a key part in shaping the patient-facing marketing ecosystem, from strategy and messaging through creative development, execution, measurement, and optimization. You'll have significant cross-functional exposure and the opportunity to lead high-visibility initiatives within a fast-paced commercial organization.
Location: Cambridge, MA | Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite
Compensation: $150K-185K base + 20% STIP + $35K LTIP
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and integration of patient-facing marketing assets and campaigns across the consumer ecosystem.
- Support strategic development and execution of patient-centric messaging and DTC initiatives across channels.
- Ensure consumer campaigns align with broader brand strategy and HCP initiatives.
- Develop creative briefs and oversee agencies through execution, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Partner with Insights & Analytics to translate patient research and data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Navigate promotional materials through Medical, Legal & Regulatory (MLR) review and approval.
- Lead key Brand Planning workstreams from ideation through execution and performance measurement.
- Influence and collaborate across Brand, Insights, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, agencies, and other key stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, patient services, insights, or a related commercial function.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, timelines, and competing business needs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project leadership skills.
- Comfortable leading without authority and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
- High ownership, urgency, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and judgment, with the ability to know when to elevate or ask for support.
Preferred
- Pharmaceutical commercial marketing or sales experience.
- Experience within IBD, Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, or a related therapeutic area.
- Experience working through promotional/MLR processes.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, innovation, or execution.
