Sr Product Marketing Manager

Role Description CareerPlug is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who can both shape and execute, someone who brings strategic thinking to positioning and go-to-market decisions, then builds the content and assets that make those decisions real. Franchising is a relationship business, and CareerPlug serves a specialized audience of franchisors and franchisees. This isn’t generic SaaS product marketing; it’s about deeply understanding two distinct audiences.

You’ll have real input into how we position features and how we think about the competitive landscape. This role reports to the Director of Marketing, who provides strategic guidance. The ideal candidate is a seasoned product marketer who can independently drive projects forward.

Qualifications At least 5 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience. Experience owning GTM strategy and execution for product launches end-to-end. Excellent writing skills with the ability to explain product features in clear, customer-focused language.

Strong visual communication skills for creating polished screenshots, GIFs, and demo content. Ability to collaborate well across product, customer success, sales, partnerships, and marketing. Requirements Shape and execute a go-to-market strategy.

Track launch performance and use insights to improve future launches. Translate positioning into feature-level messaging. Own competitive intelligence and market research.

Write product content that inspires prospective and current customers. Build a consistent customer story practice. Maintain a current demo environment ready for sales calls and webinars.

Donation Matching. Compensation This role pays a $135,000 base salary with an additional annual bonus potential of $10,000 (paid quarterly), for a total on-target earnings of $145,000.
