Sr ServiceNow Business Analyst with Risk and Control

JOB TITLE: Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst with Risk and Control Location: Glasgow, UK Job Type: Contract- Hybrid Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong expertise in gathering business requirements, translating them into ServiceNow solutions, and working closely with stakeholders, developers, and technical teams. The candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow modules, Agile delivery, process improvement, and end-to-end implementation support. Required Skills 5+ years of Business Analysis experience with at least 3 years in ServiceNow environments. Strong knowledge of Risk & Control frameworks, Operational Risk Management, Compliance, and Internal Controls. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules. Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation. Knowledge of Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies. Strong understanding of risk registers, control libraries, policy management, issue management, and audit processes. Experience working within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or highly regulated industries.
