In this role, you will be a key contributor to MResult's mission of empowering our clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. Each day brings exciting challenges and growth opportunities. Here is what you will do:

Job Summary:

This group provides statistical expertise across diverse activities in drug development, manufacturing and regulatory submissions, covering both small and large molecule entities.

You will work closely with statisticians and Science & Technology lines within Pharmaceutical Sciences, supporting statistical deliverables for drug substance, drug product, analytical method development, and regulatory activities.

Key Skills to Succeed in This Role:

• Core Statistics Expertise
  • Over 3 years of hands on experience in core statistical methods
  • Advanced academic background: Ph.D. in Statistics
• Programming & Tools
  • Proficient in R programming for statistical analysis and modelling
  • Skilled in Design of Experiments (DoE) for robust experimental planning
• Analytical Capabilities
  • Strong knowledge of model selection techniques
  • Expertise in results interpretation and deriving actionable insights
• Client Engagement
  • Experience in requirements gathering and problem understanding
  • Ability to translate client needs into statistical solutions
• Domain Flexibility
  • Proven track record across diverse domains
  • Adaptable to any industry requiring statistical programming and data analysis

Desired:

• Coursework in a scientific discipline (chemistry, biology, engineering).
• Prior experience working in pharmaceutical research and development.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Spotfire or Tableau.
• Working knowledge in applying statistics in process characterization, analytical method transfer, validation, stability and shelf-life predictions
• Experience in database
