Cypress Creek is NOW HIRING Position Title: Stator Technician I

Reports To: Production Manager

5am-5pm

5pm-5am

Major Responsibilities

· Operates sandblast rig, coating rig, manual lathe, injection molding equipment, and autoclave

· Assembles and disassembles injection tooling and molds

· Inspects stators for defects and ensures they meet quality standards and specifications

· Operates overhead crane safely and efficiently

· Handles tubes at an elevated temperature according to safety guidelines

· Assists in identifying and resolving issues with stators or assembly processes to ensure smooth operations

· Reads and interprets blueprints to understand specifications and requirements

· Adheres to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment

· Perform other duties as delegated

Education & Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED required

· Some experience in a stator reline facility is preferred but not necessary

· Manual lathe experience is a plus

· Desma injection machine experience is a plus

Skills

· High attention to detail

· Blueprint reading

· Ability to work independently

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Ability to read and write

· Ability to lift 50 lbs.

· Mechanical aptitude

· Proficiency in using a tape measure to at least 1/16” accuracy

· Availability to work flexible schedule
