Role Description
This is a contract-based, on-site role for a Steward at our property in Leh. The Steward will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The role also involves adhering to health and safety standards, participating in training sessions, and supporting other food service operations as needed.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, including the ability to interact politely and effectively with guests and team members.Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage service, including serving, menu familiarity, and presentation.Experience or ability to assist with Food Service operations, such as table setting, order management, and maintaining cleanliness in workstations.Willingness to participate in Training and skill development programs to ensure high standards of service.Commitment to maintaining hygiene and adhering to health and safety guidelines.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; prior hospitality experience is advantageous.Fluency in English and familiarity with additional languages, particularly Ladakhi, is a plus.
