What You Will OwnComplete store P&L including sales, costs, and profitabilitySales performance across categories (furniture, home décor, furnishings)Team leadership - hiring, training, rostering, and performance managementCustomer journey from walk-in to order closure (including assisted selling)Visual merchandising and store aesthetics as per brand guidelinesInventory management, stock accuracy, and shrinkage controlCoordination with warehouse, supply chain, and installation teams

Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targetsDrive key retail metrics: conversion %, ATV, UPT (units per transaction)Improve furniture category sales (high-value ticket items)Ensure on-time order processing and customer delivery satisfactionMaintain inventory health and reduce stock loss/shrinkageAchieve high customer satisfaction (NPS/reviews)Ensure 100% audit and compliance adherence
