Your expertise will ensure the successful implementation of our Anti-Racism and Anti-Oppression strategies.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of strategic initiatives
• Translate organizational goals into actionable plans
• Assess and advance strategic opportunities for impact
• Collaborate with diverse teams for effective initiative implementation
• Monitor outcomes and implement continuous improvement measuresRequirements:
• Graduate degree in Public Policy or relevant field
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Deep understanding of Anti-Racism and equity practices
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proven ability to build partnerships across sectorsDrive meaningful change in mental health services by joining the leadership team at Across Boundaries.
