Location: Coverage Area: HINSDALE/LAGRANGE AND FIELD TRAVEL
Maintains knowledge of competitors, market dynamics, advertising, consumer loyalty programs, and technology, making strategic recommendations to leadership. Plans, directs, and implements community-based and partner events, identifying strategic relationships to build the AdventHealth brand. Manages the development and execution of marketing materials and content, ensuring adherence to brand standards and leveraging creative services and vendors.
Conducts market research projects related to market, brand, key service lines, and strategy development, working closely with the market research team. Develops and executes annual marketing and business development plans and budgets to achieve branding, volume, market share, and service line goals. Establishes metrics and performance tracking for all marketing initiatives, reviewing results regularly and adjusting plans as needed.
Analyzes market and consumer information to create actionable business intelligence, including data on patients, target markets, referral patterns, market share trends, and competitive data. Implements plans to nurture current and potential patients, building consumer awareness, preference, and utilization of services. Oversees digital strategy and lead-generating activities, including website content management, social media strategy, advertising, search engine optimization, and performance metrics.
