Job Responsibilities - New Product Transition and Trial Production: Collaborate with the R&D department at the China headquarters to manage the transition of new washing machine models to production; confirm design changes for transition models, monitor the trial production process, conduct full-machine testing, and resolve technical issues during development. - Change Project Management: Lead change projects for washing machine structural components and materials; oversee sample submission, full-machine performance testing, and validation until successful mass production. - Production Technical Support: Troubleshoot persistent technical issues during washing machine production, provide process support, and ensure product yield and quality stability.

Job Requirements - Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Design, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields. - Experience: 3+ years in the home appliance industry (preferably washing machines, dishwashers, dryers, or other white goods) or general machinery/automotive parts development, with familiarity in product structure and manufacturing processes. - Technical Skills: Proficient in core components (e.g., motors, pumps, cabinets) and material properties; skilled in CAD/UG drafting software; strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Soft Skills: Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination, strong sense of responsibility, and adaptability to fast-paced factory environments.

工作职责- 新产品导入与试生产：与中国总部研发部门协作，负责新款洗衣机型号的导入工作；确认导入型号的设计变更，监督试生产过程，进行整机测试，并解决开发过程中的技术问题。- 变更项目管理：主导洗衣机结构部件及材料的变更项目；监督样品提交、整机性能测试及验证工作，直至成功实现量产。- 生产技术支持：排查洗衣机生产过程中顽固的技术问题，提供工艺支持，确保产品良率及质量稳定。

职位要求- 教育背景：机械设计、机电一体化、自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历。- 工作经验：3年以上家电行业（优先考虑洗衣机、洗碗机、干衣机或其他白色家电）或通用机械/汽车零部件开发经验，熟悉产品结构和制造工艺。- 技术技能：精通核心部件（如电机、水泵、机柜）及材料特性；熟练掌握CAD/UG制图软件；具备出色的问题解决能力和分析能力。- 软技能：出色的跨部门沟通与协调能力，强烈的责任感，以及适应快节奏工厂环境的能力。
