Structural Drafter

Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Structural Draftsman to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate structural drawings and models for residential and commercial projects, primarily based on US standards and construction practices. The role requires proficiency in Revit Structure and AutoCAD, along with a sound understanding of various structural systems and construction methodologies.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare structural drawings and drafting for residential and commercial projects.Develop and update structural models in Revit Structure.Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD.Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy.Revise drawings based on project requirements and client comments.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience in structural drafting of US residential and commercial projects.Knowledge of wood/timber framing and related construction specifications.Knowledge of Light Gauge Steel (LGS) and Hot Rolled Steel drafting.Knowledge of RCC and masonry construction modeling.Ability to read and interpret structural drawings. Software SkillsRevit Structure (Intermediate level)AutoCAD (Expert level)Other RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.Good written English.Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
