Supervisor-Clinical Nursing- Operating Room

As a Supervisor of Clinical Nursing – Operating Room at Mercy South, you will lead a team of perioperative nurses to deliver safe, high-quality surgical care. You will oversee daily OR operations, including staffing, assignments, and workflow, ensuring cases run efficiently and patient safety remains paramount. Partnering closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and support services, you will champion evidence-based practice, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor and evaluate nurses, support orientation and ongoing education, and drive quality-improvement initiatives that reflect Mercy’s mission of compassionate, patient-centered care and its culture of collaboration and professional growth.
