Job Description
As we continue our mission to make people and nature happy through re‑inventing chocolate, we’re looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to join our Materials Management Team on a fixed‑term contract basis until the end of December 2026. What you’ll be doing Update and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to ensure data is accurately produced and circulated to the team as required. Complete ad‑hoc analysis or data management tasks as briefed by the team. Support the team with material control or intake tasks where necessary, to ensure KPIs are delivered. Assist in reviewing stock and risk data for materials across ingredients, packaging and consumables. Support across inbound deliveries and review impacts/considerations on the production plan, as may be required, supported by the Material Controllers and Raw Material Planners. Under guidance, provide support on D365, with customs controls and arranging stock collections as needed. Collate data, calculate and issue relevant metrics to support the whole Materials team. Complete system and reporting administrative tasks as required.
