Supply Chain Director

Director of Supply Chain | Greater Boston, MA | On-Site

Metric Bio is partnering with a leading biologics CDMO on the search for a Director of Supply Chain to lead planning, materials management, inventory, forecasting and ERP optimisation for a growing manufacturing site.

A key focus will be transitioning the business from Excel-based planning to Microsoft Dynamics 365, including BOMs, MRP and demand forecasting.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years’ Supply Chain leadership within pharma, biotech or GMP manufacturing
• Strong Materials Planning / Supply Chain experience
• Hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, particularly MRP, BOMs and forecasting
• Experience with ERP implementation / optimisation
• Biologics or CDMO experience highly desirable
