Job DescriptionMinimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in supply chain management and sourcing or category management. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Experience in data center, construction, hyperscale cloud infrastructure, or large-scale capital equipment supply chains.
Experience in negotiating early funding and managing capacity across multiple, global suppliers. Track record of successfully delivering complex products and managing large projects, in-depth knowledge of project management methodologies. Ability to customize communications based on the audience, interacting effectively with technical, non-technical, and executive groups.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will lead all aspects of supply chain readiness and execution for critical Data Center Equipment. This role focuses on large-scale product types, including construction/building modules and high-value equipment that form the backbone of the Google Data Center fleet. In this role, you will be the primary liaison between Google and its suppliers, driving end-to-end (E2E) material, inventory, and production readiness from product inception through mass deployment.
You will leverage your domain expertise in supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement to implement processes and systems that ensure the efficient, timely, and high-quality delivery of innovative products to our global data centers. This role requires a leader with the ability to create, educate, and promote Supply Chain principles and best practices with both internal partner organizations and external suppliers, ultimately enabling Google to meet its ambitious data center build-out goals. The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Drive end-to-end material readiness to ensure clear-to-build status for data center equipment. Execute supply chain strategies for global production ramps and manage inventory to minimize excess risk. Institutionalize new processes around material, inventory, and production management to reduce lead times and increase global capacity.
Serve as the primary liaison with suppliers, overseeing production schedules, commitments, Purchase Orders (POs), and strategic material buffers. Identify supply chain risks and execute mitigation plans to ensure continuity. Document the global supply chain map, including procurement models and logistics.
Represent the organization in program meetings, providing schedule and risk updates. Collaborate with engineering, planning, and category managers to optimize existing systems and scale team capabilities.
