We’re currently looking for vibrant, values-led Swim Teachers to join our Crew at Morayfield or our new venue at Caboolture. Whether you’re chasing your first job or your forever‑career, this could be the beginning of something fintastic.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver play-based lessons that spark joy and confidence in every little fish.
• Create a safe, inclusive environment for children and families to feel welcome and seen.
• Celebrate progress in meaningful ways that make kids feel like champions.
• Support day-to-day operations with energy, empathy, and a big-hearted approach.

To dive in, you’ll need (or be willing to get)

• A valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• CPR certification
• Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification
• Confidence communicating with children and families
